2. หลักฐานควรเหมาะกับบริบท
บางจุดต้องใช้ GPS บางจุดต้องใช้ภาพ และบางสถานการณ์อาจใช้เพียงอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง การบังคับทุกหลักฐานในทุกเคสเพิ่มความล้มเหลวโดยไม่เพิ่มคุณภาพเท่ากัน
3. บันทึกเหตุผิดปกติแทนการลบทิ้ง
ข้อมูลซ้ำ รหัสพิมพ์ผิด หรือสัญญาณน่าสงสัยควรถูกทำเครื่องหมายให้ HR ตรวจ มากกว่าปฏิเสธจนไม่เหลือหลักฐานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น

1. Capture quickly, review risk later
Store time, location, image, and device signals for review rather than blocking every user with every rule before submission.
2. Evidence should fit the context
Some locations need GPS, others need a photo, and some may accept either. Requiring everything in every case increases failure without equal benefit.
3. Flag anomalies instead of deleting them
Duplicates, mistyped IDs, or suspicious signals should be marked for HR review rather than rejected without leaving a record.
4. Separate check-in from administration
Employees need a fast action. HR needs search, comparison, approval, and correction. One interface should not try to serve both roles.
5. Design privacy from the beginning
Collect only what is necessary, state the purpose, limit access, and define retention—especially for images, location, and device data.
