1. Separate user barriers from system barriers
Digital skills, devices, connectivity, time, and manager support are different problems requiring different interventions.
2. Design learning, not just video hosting
Short modules, comprehension checks, practice, and questions turn online delivery into an experience rather than passive screen time.
3. Make progress visible
Learners should know where they are and what remains. HR should have enough data to follow progress without constant surveillance.
4. Offer help without embarrassment
Short guides, support channels, and pre-launch practice help uncertain users more than simply claiming the system is easy.
5. Measure application
Completing a video is not the same as learning. Include assessment, reflection, or evidence of workplace application.
